How is Standard vs Luxury determined?
Based on the neighborhood's average sale price. If the average sold price is $1M or above, it's priced on the Luxury track. You'll see the avg price clearly on every marketplace tile.
Can I claim more than one neighborhood?
Yes. Select multiple neighborhoods and the combined home count determines your tier and per-home rate. One annual payment covers your full portfolio.
What if my neighborhood is already claimed?
Join the waitlist — you're automatically first in line if the current subscriber doesn't renew at the end of their 12 months.
What's the onboarding call?
